Job Description
Have excellent Grip over Inco-terms and Shipping terms.
Liaise and negotiate with key players such as suppliers, manufacturers, vendors, and customers
Managing and interpreting customer requirements
Negotiating and closing deals by agreeing terms and conditions.
Offering after-sales support services
Keep proper documentation of all communications digitally and physically, as per the designed workflow in the office.
Handle enquiries independently and correspondence with foreign principals.
Job Specification
Preferably qualified graduate / masters with Commercial and indenting experience for at least 1-2 years (Fresh Engineering Graduates are also encourage to apply)
Good oral skills for dealing with people over phone & face to face.
Experience / knowledge of Customer’s requirements both current & future.
An obsession to support Sales & Marketing to achieve / exceed sales targets.
Strong interpersonal & negotiation skills.
Computer literate – able to understand and operate the in house software & application software.
